Founded in 2013, Merry Medical Group is an innovative technology company focused on home healthcare, primary care, Internet healthcare and the construction of a large health ecosystem. Merry has two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Health 2 World (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Merry Medical Information Technology Co., Ltd.
Merry integrates R&D, manufacturing, sales and service, with its own brand of Merry. The headquarter is located in Jiangsu Danyang, the R&D center located in Shenzhen, and a marketing center located in Nanjing. Merry launched dozens of products such as family health series, mobile medical series, IVD series, and e-Health medical series for primary care, which quickly became the common choice of millions of primary medical service organizations and households. They are also exported to hundreds of countries and regions.

Year 2013 Merry Medical Group was established Shenzhen R&D Center was established
Year 2014 Merry passed authentication of ISO13485 & EU Directive 93/43/EEC
Year 2015 Merry became one of the initiators and standard setters of the China Medical Equipment Association for the Project of Tele medical monitor.
Year 2017 A subsidiary of YI FU TIAN XIA(Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd was established.
Year 2018 A subsidiary of Jiangsu Merry Medical Information Technology Co., Ltd was established. Merry became one enterprise academicians workstation Nanjing global marketing center was established.
