◆The Time-resolved Fluor immunoassay Analyzer is an immunofluorescence detection system based on the principle of photoelectric detection.
◆The analyzer is used to achieve rapid quantitative detection of analyze concentration in blood with the matched test card.
◆The analyzer has high detection accuracy, strong stability, fast detection speed and low cost.
◆The analyzer is widely used in many fields such as disease detection, medical care, epidemic surveillance, food inspection and quarantine.
◆Working principle: collect blood sample and drop it into a test card, then place the test card to the analyzer’s sampling system (test bin), the analyzer irradiates the antigen-antibody reaction area of the test card with an excitation light source, which stimulates the attached fluorescent substance to emit fluorescence. The signal is collected and converted into a photoelectric signal, and the detection system detects the content of the analyze in the blood according to the strength of the photoelectric signal. The strength of the photoelectric signal is related to the number of fluorescent molecules.
◆Application scope: the product is intended used to quantitative determinate the analyze concentration in blood with the matched test card.
